Task Analysis
When creating a task analysis we should be able to view what was created and be able to clone a task analysis target and edit the text with in the target, right now I am taking data on targets written but cannot see what each data point says unless I grab a tablet, so now the table view has more information than the programming dash board.

Moveable Tabs in Skill Areas
I think it would be nice to move the tabs around in the skill area section or to be able to move the targets in a different order as needed.

Student spreadsheet
I am used to making programs using the Curriculum library spreadsheet but my current company allows BCBAs to make programs using the student spreadsheet. When I upload a program using the student spreadsheet, it has been taking 24 to 48+ hours to make its way into that student's Catalyst account. This affects my ability to efficiently add programs, especially since it's hard to tell how long it will take for the program to upload.

Relax New PIN Requirement When Resetting Password
The New Password Reset requires users to enter in a new PIN.
The old system allowed for users to enter in their old PIN.

Create a scheduling system inside Catalyst
Having an integrative scheduling system for staff to see their scheduled daily/weekly clients would be a great feature. Having reports for canceled and made up sessions as well as staff having access to worked sessions outside of looking at Soap notes.

Baselines and Set-up
I would like to be able to track baselines across a targeted number of days as a default setting.
Additionally, you guys are zeroing out targets and not zeroing out behaviors as a default setting. Can we change that? I would not record data as 0 for a target I didn't run, but need a way to automatically record 0 behaviors without having to go case by case to make sure everyone has this setting checked.2 votes -
Program Instructions - Curriculum Library
It would be helpful to have an area in the Curriculum Library to enter Program Instructions. Right now, you can only enter in Target Instructions (under column heading Notes in sample spreadsheet) but that is the information that typically is individualized for different students. Program Instructions are goals that typically don't change across students and it would be helpful to not have to enter this every time.

automatically save SOAP notes in progress in portal
Please don't make me click on "save draft" while I'm entering a SOAP note on my computer before the screen times out. If I add a SOAP note in data entry as long as there is ANYTHING entered it should automatically save as a draft- especially if the screen/login times out. I can't tell you how many times I've been interrupted while mostly finished a note and then it's gone as I address the problem I'm interrupted by. Please just auto-save as a draft no matter what.

Toggle between admin and user view
Please make it accessible to toggle between the portal view and the user app view with my browser in order to see easily how my targets will be showing up on the user end.

Improve functionality of creating SOAP note templates
The SOAP note template builder is clunky and not user friendly. It should be easy to edit a field such as editing a typo in the list of options or adding or removing in list of options. Currently, you have to delete that field altogether and re-enter it. You should be able to archive templates as well. It would be helpful to be able to import questions/fields from one template to another. It would be helpful to have notes/instructions that can be seen by the person entering information into the SOAP but then not show those instructions when downloading/printing the…

Programs in Organization's Library include Target Instructions
When adding programs to a library within the organization and not sharing with the catalyst community, targets instructions are included.

custom fields on soap notes
It would be great if we could specify that certain "custom fields" be pulled into a SOAP note template and viewable in a finalized SOAP note.

SOAP Note Signature Text
It would be helpful to have the option to remove the "signature/s found in this report attest to the fact that the information found before, and only that information before...." etc. This, in some cases, is not an accurate statement depending on who is signing that SOAP note.

Adding up behavioral data when exporting to excel
The behavioral data is not currently adding up the count of behaviors when exported to excel. If the count was 3 for that day, the excel sheet will show 1 count 3 times for that day. It would be helpful if these added up like they show on catalyst.

Document access by user type
It would be great to be able to control who accesses documents and videos uploaded to Catalyst based on their user type rather than either everyone or no-one.

I would like to get notifications when a RBT writes a Note or takes a video or other features that we could select to get a notification for.
