Report to show all users
I would like to pull a report that shows all active users/ employees.

Expand the parameters on the Admin Bulk Timesheet Report.
I am coming from the perspective of a biller. The Bulk Timesheet Report can be made much better by adding search parameters such as sorting by therapist and allowing to sort by the date the timesheet was entered as well as the date of service. This way if a timesheet was entered after the billing week, there is a method of finding out who are our late people.

Multiplier or plus/minus button for manual entry data fields
Currently we have to select a goal and target to add one manual data entry field. If I have a weeks worth of data to enter, I have to repeat this 7 times, which takes up session time. Please consider adding a multiplier or a plus/minus button to populate additional data entry fields of respective goal/target.

Remind R+ Sound
It would be nice if there was a function to add a sound when the Remind R+ appears. I've had a few therapists forget about things because they weren't looking at the tablet and missed required times for their patients.

Color Code Customization
It would be a nice to be able to change the color of the skills areas, so they could each be a different color.

Graphs: Ability to customize X- and Y-axes
There is no way to customize the way that the axes display. I would like to be able to look at a specific day, and see the data across time during that day. I would also like the ability to change the y-axis on duration graphs, so that I can look at data across not only minutes, but hours.

Have text fields publish with forms instead of just fields that require a response.
We use some forms for parents to read text and then consent to what they have read. We would like all fields on a form (text or fields that require a response) to be displayed when a form is published.

Merge targets
We can merge behaviours but not targets. It’s happened in the past that a target was accidentally added twice and data has been recorded under both names. Would he great to be able to merge both information into one.

Separate Permission to Archive Skill Areas
I would like specific permissions for archiving skill areas.
For some groups, I don't need users to both be able to delete and archive skill areas.
I would like to be able to decide these different actions.

Order Targets under Skills Acquisition by Auto Open Order
It would be wonderful to make the targets stay in the order I have assigned to the auto open, instead of alphabetically.

Search Bar for Administration Section
It would be very helpful for users to have a "Search" bar within the admin section to allow for quicker access to the desired area of the pages

How-To Videos
It would be helpful to be able to link the how to videos to specific trainings we are using. If there was a share link for videos in the support tabs, it would make trainings more seamless for staff.

SOAP notes
Employees should only be able to see and edit their own SOAP notes. The delete setting and edit setting is set by administrator at this time. However, it is not good when employees can see the session notes and timesheets of others. Please add a feature to security groups that will allow employees to only see their own SOAP notes.

Tab for reviewing daily SOAP notes
I'm actually not sure if this a feature that is already in practice but it would be great if there was a tab where the analyst can view all daily notes written by technicians for all linked clients.
It would also be great if there was a way to track already reviewed notes, perhaps like a "reviewed" button after opening submitted SOAP notes

Allow for a greater number of prompts per programs (e.g., DTT, Task analysis, etc)
In set up - prompt codes, there is a limited number of prompts we can have for DTT, TA, etc. However, we might use different prompts for different programs (e.g., tact vs receptive), so that when we add all kind of prompts use can use across programs, it goes over 8. Ex. Echoic (0s, 2s, 3s, 5s delays), gestural, total and partial physical (also with delay). So, it'd be great if we can have more prompts allowed total per DTT, TA, etc.

Gather Signatures
Gather signatures from BCBA SOAP notes if they are doing remote session or supervision so when the RBT goes in for session they can have the parent sign it instead if it being missing. Also, creating a button to where the name of the person who is signing the note displays on top or below the signature. If the rbt can not get the signature for which ever service is rendered for there to be a button to skip signature to have it be saved and next session for it to appear when rendering the service.

Fix Log In Issue
PLEASE fix the issue where we cannot log into the browser, both from Chrome and on Safari, without having to clear the cache. Sometimes this doesn't even work and I spend 15 minutes just trying to log in.

security rights glossary
A more detailed security rights glossary would ensure that staff were given proper access and all needed areas were checked. Right now it only explains the overall heading.

add clients age to the portal
Hi as a supervisor who checks my agency's Bcba's portals it would be very beneficial to have the client's date of birth somewhere in the portal. thanks so much-just makes it easier to get an understanding of the client and to assess if goals are age appropriate...etc
