with the new version 11.24.20 I would like that addminstorers should have the option to turn off session setting for all students with one click of a button or you should take away this option. as from my perspective it does not make sense that programs should automatically jump to the next one.. I would really appreciate if you could resolve this one asap. thank you!

Update Spreadsheet Imports
Update the "student spreadsheet" and the "curriculum spreadsheet" to include newer fields and targets that have been added since the original creation of those spreadsheets.
For example, the "student spreadsheet" does not currently include an option to enter in the "goal name for reporting" and the "curriculum library spreadsheet does not include an option to enter in the "folders."

The ability to change the name of documents uploaded into the portal within Catalyst.

Personal Libraries
Some organizations have reported they would like to give their staff access to create their own libraries and even share those libraries with colleagues, however they would like to separate that from their organizations libraries so that all staff doesn't have access to edit the orgs master libraries.

I would like to mark SOAP Notes as required in bulk in the administration section, along with bulk enabling SOAP Notes for clients.

Upload raw data
When transferring clients from other agencies that may use other data platforms, a way to upload bulk raw data would be extremely helpful in maintaining programming and behavior reduction consistency.

Restrict access to view license count on students tab of administration
Restricting access to security groups of how many licenses are active in a company's account. Currently, total number of licenses in a group can be viewed beside "Student Case Management." Please make it so that this information can be restricted to users so that only necessary staff have access. Thank you!

New User Default to Specific Students
Currently a new user defaults to see ALL STUDENTS.
This would be a problem if not changed by the person creating the user, and the user being added was a parent for parent access.
It would be better to default to SPECIFIC STUDENTS.

Record of who added, opened, modified, etc targets based off the user and option to record reason of holding, closing, or opening target.

Allow for randomization of Playlist targets on the tablet
RBT's are worried about presenting targets in a specific category in order - trial after trial and day after day. The worry is that the client will memorize the order of the targets if presented one after the other, rather than the actual target (EX: Listener Responder target 1-3 is always listed in the same order on the tablet). The RBT must stop after target 1 (ex: Listener Responding), go to another specific target (tacting, or VP/MTS) present that one, then go back to Listener Responding target #2, then go back to VP/MTS target 1). Document upload section (option to view instead of automatically download documents)
This feature will promote HIPAA compliance by maintaining confidential documents in the web portal (instead of automatically downloading files to each RBT's personal computer).

Upload an Excel document to an individual program, not library
uploading an excel document to a program and not having to upload it to the library first. so the library isn't filled.

I want to be notified when a target is mastered, either via email or in the portal.

Separate Folders
If a clinic has different locations, being able to separate the kids into different locations instead of all the students being listed under students. This would be a much easier way to organize the students.
