USER Administration Tab
When searching for a Client USER in the Administrative Tab under USER ; should have a magnifying glass on a corner of the box, to easily submit the USER Name and pull up their respective USER profile. Currently, there is no way to search for the USER without going through all the USERS for an Organization

The ability to have subheadings in the "notes" field will be helpful to ensure BTs are writing information that is needed.

Alert when note is uploaded
Provide an alert/notification when a staff member uploads a note on the portal to review on the app and vice versa.

IEP Goal/Program and Objective/Target
When using for IEP goal tracking, when the targets are graphed it would be super helpful to have the student's name, the IEP goal and the objective visible on the graph. That way districts will know what graph it is exactly showing for what goal and objective.

Image Library: Ability to create folders to categorize uploaded images and/or sort by alphabetically
It would extremely helpful if users were able to create new folders within the image library to sort images into categories. If that is not possible, an option to sort the images alphabetically would be great.

Cover Page Screen instead of client account showing on initial screen
When you first login to the portal on the Student Tab, it defaults to the client with the first name in alphabetical order. Because the navigation from one student to another requires selecting the student name and then hitting Go, sometimes it doesn't actually go. As a result, soap notes can accidentally be entered for the wrong client because the user thinks they navigated to their student's account when they haven't. It would be better to have a placeholder screen that requires navigation to the correct student before entering anything. OR, once a new student is selected, it navigates there…

Treatment Plans should synchronize with NPAW
Treatment Plans should sync with NPAW. That's the most efficient way for billing and NPAW users to check the document. Working in both applications for just this adds complexity and it is time-consuming.

Organizing Raw Data
When looking at the raw data for a target or behavior, it is difficult to visually see the data for each day within the list format. For instance, it would be helpful to have shading within the list to block or chunk out each date with data, so it is easier to identify the trials recorded each day.

Data Entry
It would be useful when using the data entry tab if there was a select all -> then type of target, like where it has in progress, in baseline, etc. I.E. select all frequency targets, all duration targets, jumpto etc. This would be particularly helpful right now, as I'm having to go in and manually put in zeros for frequency and duration targets due to a glitch where zeros are not automatically populating when they are supposed to.

It would be nice to be able to view all SOAPs in a calendar format similar to how AccuPoint has a calendar view for sessions with times.

creating new account
Allow users to set their own password and PIN and DO NOT leave the burden of the PIN/Password reset issues on the administrative team. I waste more time trying to reset passwords and pins for new users than I do setting goals and objectives for my learners. It is unproductive and unacceptable. New staff immediately lose confidence when they are trying to access the software and cant. They have to constantly reach out, jump on phone calls, and go back and forth in messages until we figure out how to make it work.

When using the task analysis feature, we should be able to see which steps were not hit across didn’t staff/devices.

RBT access to data for contracted agencies working within the DOE
Is there a way for the RBT's to share the data with their companies or print it? The DOE hires outside providers and need to share the data with their company for payment.

Add the option to delete condition lines in the security rights
When setting a security group with view only graph option, there seems to be a glitch that allows users to delete conditions lines. It would be helpful to remove access to deleting condition lines.

Export Users
Please provide a way to audit users and export them. Agencies need to have an efficient way to identify if terminated employees are deactivated in the system. We are obligated to protect our clients PHI and we need the utility to ensure we are doing that. Despite having workflows in place for terminations, there will be errors. We are an agency with over 600 users and doing this manually is not efficient. Please provide a way to export user data with the following information:
At a minimum:
First & Last Name
Last Login to Portal and DeviceOther information that…
